Refund & Return Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (as applicable in the United Kingdom), you have the right to cancel your order for Slim Coffee Booster within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right to cancel and request a return, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at support@powerwashingal.world with your order details (name, telephone number, and delivery address). We will provide you with return instructions by email.

3. Return Condition

Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to make a deduction from the refund amount if the goods show signs of having been used or if the original packaging is damaged. Products that have been opened are only eligible for return if they are found to be defective or not as described.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable) or by bank transfer. We do not charge a restocking or administrative fee for returns made within the statutory cancellation period.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under the standard policy: items that have been opened and used (unless defective), items returned after the 14-day cancellation period has expired, and items that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.

6. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@powerwashingal.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage costs.
